SO....YOU WANT TO GO INTO THE WORKFORCE

I created this website hoping to help families navigate the overwhelming process of trying to decide what to do after graduating High School

“The only thing stopping us from our dreams is fear”

My oldest son’s senior year hit us like a ton of bricks!   What?!  When did this happen? He is a senior and I am not ready for this, was my first thought at the beginning of his senior year.   Where did the time go?   We started asking ourselves some important questions, such as…….have we saved enough (any?) money for college?  Is it too late to save?  Should he go into the military?  What is an apprenticeship?  an internship?

Then reality hit, you mean it cost money to apply to college?  How are we going to visit all of these colleges?  and of course, the big question, WHY in the world did we wait until now to start think about this?

Maybe it is not too late to help my other son who is only a sophomore!  So I started researching and learning what I could do to help make this process less daunting!

If you have any of these same questions, then I hope that my website can help to ease some worry.  If you have been through this process before, then please feel free to leave some tips and advice for those who are new to this process or just not very experienced.

Please share your advice to help other families

We want to hear any advice or tips you have for future graduates. Whether you went to a 4 year college or military, we’d love to hear what you have to say!
